ShoesMoTo!’s Goals:

            ShoesMoTo!’s mission is to be the leading producer and marketer of personalized shoes and sandals especially for consumers who love the outdoors. ShoesMoTo! wants to inspire people to get outdoors more often and enjoy family and friends while doing so.  In addition, ShoesMoTo! strives to design programs for preserving the natural environment.

 

    The target market for ShoesMoTo! products are consumers between the ages of 10 and 45 - people who like to hike, rock climb, bicycle, ride horses and other such activities. They might not be experts at the sports they engage in, but they enjoy themselves outdoors.

 

ShoesMoTo! is interested in extending their product line as well as adding new product lines.  In addition, ShoesMoTo! plans to explore opportunities for online sales.  The marketing environment has been very receptive to the firm’s high-quality goods—shoes and sandals in trendy colors with logos and slogans that reflect the interests of outdoor enthusiasts around the country.  Over the next year, ShoesMoTo! can increase its distribution, offer new products, and win new customers.

Every item shows off the company’s slogan:  “Wear It.” ShoesMoTo! sells shoes and sandals for both men and women, in the hottest colors with the coolest names—such as doodle black, sun is star, milky white, desert rose, cactus blue, ocean blue, mountaintop white, and stony gray. ShoesMoTo! is currently working to expand its manufacturing capabilities.

Market Strategy:

  •  Ebook distribution

  • Create a useful content in PDF format, which links out to important pages in our site. The concept of the content may focus on giving guides, price list or our own research about the business.

 

  • Video sitemap

  • Adding a video sitemap to our site which  is very efficient, since it can help our site generate traffic 

 

  • Produce linkable pages.

  • Email or direct mail and back linking of the site for each of these customers will have updates of new products we offer. If they are one-off customers, then attempt to use them for referral.

  • Press release and news submission

  • This provides high quality links to our site, and it can as well amplify our brand if our news gets syndicated and picked up by other news articles as a source over the web.

  • Video product review

  • Submitting our product reviews or other interesting videos related to our business on video sites like YoutubeVimeo and Metacafe which boost our product pages’ search rankings, especially if they are linking to it.
